You'll find the details of rescheduling, cancellation and refunds in the next section, 'Rescheduling and cancellation'.
02Rescheduling and cancellation
I know that things sometimes come up, so of course you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you need to make a change, please let me know as soon as possible.
Cancelling at least 24 hours before your appointment
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, I'll refund the amount you've paid, or, if you prefer, you can use it towards a later booking.
Cancelling within 24 hours
Because of the short notice, the following terms apply:
- Services booked with a 50% deposit: the deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Services booked with full payment in advance: I'll refund 50% of the service fee.
- Services booked with a 10,000 HUF booking fee: the booking fee paid is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If something comes up and another time would suit you better, you can of course move your booking.
Please let me know as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a new appointment, subject to my availability.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time, so we can make the most of the time we have together.
If you arrive late, the consultation will still take place within the originally booked time slot, so we may have less time to work together.
Online services
For personalised online analyses, the preparatory work may begin even before the consultation.
If work on your analysis is already under way, different cancellation and refund terms may apply; I'll let you know about these in advance when you order.
03How to prepare for your consultation
I want you to get as much as possible out of our work together! A few small preparations can make a big difference.
In the guide below, you'll find what to keep in mind before your chosen service.
In-person colour analysis
Colour Identity · Signature · Exclusive
Makeup
If possible, please arrive without makeup, so we can observe your natural skin tone accurately.
You can of course remove your makeup at the studio, but this takes time, and your skin may become temporarily flushed, which can make it harder to compare colours.
Hair and hair colour
We'll also look at your hair colour during the consultation, so it's best to arrive with freshly washed hair, ideally free from tinted products or styling products that leave a heavy build-up. That way, we can observe the nuances of your hair colour more accurately.
Self-tan
If possible, please avoid self-tan for at least a week before the consultation, especially on your face, neck and chest, as it can alter your skin's natural colouring.
What to wear
Wear a top that leaves your neck and upper chest bare. A thin-strapped top is ideal, as it makes it easier to observe the effect of the colour drapes close to your face.
Glasses and contact lenses
During the colour analysis, we'll take your glasses off from time to time, as the colour of the frames can affect the overall look.
If you wear contact lenses and find them comfortable, it's worth wearing them, so you can see the colours and the changes clearly too.
Photos and information in advance
I'd love to get to know you a little better before we meet, so the consultation can be built around your own questions and needs.
If possible, please send me the following at least one day before your appointment:
- A photo of your face without makeup, taken in natural light, ideally in front of a window.
- A childhood photo showing your natural hair colour, if you have one.
- Pictures of your previous hair colours, if you've changed it before.
- Photos in which you feel a particular hair colour, clothing colour or makeup looks especially good on you – or less flattering.
I'd also love you to tell me, in a few sentences:
- Why did you decide to have a colour analysis?
- What uncertainties or difficulties do you currently have with your colours, your hair colour or your makeup?
- What would you like to find out, understand or change through the consultation?
- Is your only goal to find the colours that flatter you, or do you also have questions about the cut of your clothes, your body shape and the way you dress?
Your answers also help us make sure you've truly chosen the service that's best for you.
Complete colour and style consultation
Signature · Exclusive
In addition to the above, we'll also look in detail at your body shape, your body proportions and the cuts that flatter you.
What to wear for the body shape analysis
Please wear close-fitting clothes that follow your figure, such as a simple thin-strapped top with fitted trousers or leggings.
This makes it easier to take accurate body measurements and the reference photos showing your proportions, which I use to put together your personalised style materials.
Further information in advance
In addition to the photos and information requested for the colour analysis, please send me:
- A full-length photo of yourself in close-fitting clothes.
- Your height and weight.
- Inspiration images of looks you like – or ones that don't feel like you.
Tell me, too, what you like about the way you dress now, what you'd like to change and what kind of style you'd like to create.
What can you bring with you?
If you have a piece of clothing, a makeup product or an accessory whose colour, cut or use you're unsure about, feel free to bring it along. We'll happily look at it together, as long as it fits within the time of the consultation.
Online analyses
Hair Direction · Body Identity
For online analyses, I'll need good-quality reference photos and, for certain services, body measurements too.
After you book, I'll send you detailed instructions on which photos to take, from which angles and in what lighting, and exactly which measurements you need to provide.
The photos should be taken in natural light, without filters or beauty apps.
Wardrobe styling
Online Wardrobe Styling · Personal Wardrobe Edit
For Online Wardrobe Styling, you'll photograph 30 pieces of clothing in advance, following the guide I send you. I'll work with 20 of these when creating your personalised outfit combinations. Shoes and bags can be photographed separately and don't count towards the clothing limit.
For an in-person wardrobe edit, it's a good idea to make the clothes you'd like to work on easy to get to. You don't need to sort through or perfectly organise your wardrobe beforehand – that's exactly what I'm there to help with.
Private shopping
Personal Shopping
Before we shop together, we'll agree on your goals, your needs and your shopping budget.
It's best to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to take on and off, so trying things on goes smoothly.
Other services
Style Compass · Travel Styling · Event Styling
Before the consultation or order, we'll discuss your goal and the information I need for the personalised work.
I'll let you know in advance about any photos, clothes or other details that may be needed.
You don't need to know everything in advance or prepare perfectly. After you book, you'll receive all the information you need from me, and if you have any questions, just get in touch!
04Frequently asked questions
How do I know which service is best for me?
If you're still unsure, it's worth starting with the short service finder on the website, which will help you find your way through the options.
If you'd like to talk through your needs in person, we'll find the best direction for you together in a 30-minute online Style Compass consultation.
What's the difference between Colour Identity, Signature and Exclusive?
Colour Identity focuses on discovering your natural colouring, and the clothing colours, hair colours and makeup shades that harmonise with it.
Signature goes further, analysing your body shape, your proportions, the cuts that flatter you and your personal style in detail.
Exclusive adds a personalised Personal Style Book to all of this, with concrete, ready-made outfits and shopping options.
Is colour analysis still worth it if I already have an idea which colour type I am?
Absolutely! Many people come to me with an idea already, but during the colour draping we look in far more detail at which shades truly harmonise with your natural colouring.
The goal isn't just to name your colour type, but for you to learn to recognise the colours that flatter you and wear them with confidence.
Will I need to replace my whole wardrobe after the consultation?
Not at all! My aim isn't for you to replace everything, but to make more intentional use of what you already have.
Often, just a few well-chosen colours, cuts or new combinations can make a striking difference.
What happens if the consultation reveals that one of my favourite colours isn't in my palette?
That doesn't mean you have to give it up!
I'll show you how to wear it so the overall look is more harmonious. Colour analysis isn't about banning colours – it's about understanding how each colour works on you.
What if I'm not happy with my body shape, or feel uncomfortable about the photos and measurements?
It's completely natural to have parts of your body you like less.
The body shape analysis isn't about judging your body. We look at your proportions and the lines that flatter you, to find the cuts in which you can feel more confident.
We'll discuss the purpose of the photos and measurements beforehand, and you can always let me know if anything makes you feel uncomfortable.
Can I get a personalised consultation online?
Yes! Several of my services are also available online, such as hair colour direction, body shape analysis and wardrobe styling.
For online services, I'll send you detailed guidance on the photos and other preparation. It's important to know, however, that these don't replace an in-person colour draping session in every respect.
Can I also get specific clothing recommendations to buy?
Yes, but it depends on the service you choose.
The Exclusive package includes outfit recommendations built around specific, shoppable pieces.
If you'd rather shop in person, during a Personal Shopping session we'll choose and try on the right pieces together.
Can I book wardrobe styling even if I haven't had a colour analysis with you?
Yes! Wardrobe styling is also available as a stand-alone service.
However, if you also feel unsure about your colours, your body shape or the cuts that flatter you, it's worth talking first about which service would help us get the most out of our work together.
How long will it take to receive my digital materials?
The preparation time depends on the service you choose and the scope of your personalised materials.
We always agree on the exact deadline in advance, so you'll know when to expect your finished analysis or style materials.
Can I book a consultation for two?
Yes! Colour Identity, Signature and Exclusive are also available as consultations for two.
It's a particularly lovely option if you'd like to share the experience with a friend, your sister or brother, or someone close to you.
Can a consultation be given as a gift?
If you'd like to surprise someone with a truly personal experience, just get in touch and we'll discuss the options.
Didn't find the answer to your question?
Feel free to write to me! I'm happy to help you find your way through the services, so together we can find the solution that's best for you.
